Terms & Conditions

Sparkling Cleaning Services Pro LLC

These Terms & Conditions apply to all cleaning services provided by Sparkling Cleaning Services Pro LLC. By booking a service, the client agrees to the following:

Services :

​

Services are provided as scheduled and based on the selected cleaning package.
• Deep, move-in/out, and post-construction cleanings require more time and may vary by condition.
• We do not guarantee the removal of permanent stains, damage, or buildup caused over time.

 

Pricing & Payments :

​

• Pricing is based on service type, size, and condition of the property.
• A minimum $120.00 service charge may apply.
• Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Deposits may be required for first-time, large, or specialty jobs.
• Late or unpaid balances may result in service suspension.

Accepted payments: cash, card, Zelle, Apple Pay, or approved invoicing.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling :

• 24 hours notice required to cancel or reschedule without penalty.
• Same-day cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.
• Missed appointments or denied access may be charged in full.

 

Access & Client Responsibilities :

​

Clients must:
• Provide safe access to the property.
• Secure pets during service.
• Remove clutter, valuables, and personal items.
• Inform us of fragile items, special surfaces, or areas needing extra care.

We are not responsible for damage due to improper installation, hidden defects, or unsecured items.

 

Safety & Conditions :

​

• We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe, unsanitary, or hazardous conditions.
• We do not handle biohazards, heavy mold, pest infestations, or chemical spills.
• Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, grease, or buildup.

 

Supplies & Equipment :

​

• We provide standard professional cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Clients may request use of their own products at their own risk.
• We are not responsible for reactions caused by client-provided product
s.

 

Damage, Breakage & Claims :

​

• While care is taken, accidental damage may occur.
• Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
• Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
• We are not responsible for normal wear and tear or pre-existing damage.

 

Satisfaction Guarantee :

​

If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to address the issue.

 

Service Refusal :

​

Sparkling Cleaning Services Pro LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service due to:
• Non-payment
• Repeated cancellations
• Unsafe or abusive behavior
• Misrepresentation of property condition

 

Agreement :

​

By scheduling a cleaning service, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
